Call Park Instructions

The busy lamp field (BLF) is the key with a light on it next to your name that turns red when you are on a call.
Using a Busy Lamp Field (BLF) Key
  1. While in the call, press the Busy Lamp Field (BLF) key for the user or parking spot where you want to park the call.
  2. To retrieve the call, press the same BLF key showing the parked call.
Using the Phone Menu
  1. Place the call on hold.
  2. Select Park from the phone’s menu.
  3. Enter the extension where you want to park the call.
  4. Go to that phone and press Retrieve, then Answer.
