What is UniFi?
Allband’s UniFi service provides VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) based phone service.
What is the benefit over traditional landline?
Flexibility – Since it doesn’t rely on a dedicated phone line, you can take calls anywhere using broadband, Wi-Fi, or mobile data.
Does this service work for residential?
Absolutely! You can use this service with your current device. You will have a single phone number unless you request additional lines or features.
Does this service work for small business and commercial?
Yes! This service offers a full PBX, allowing for internal calls between staff extensions and external communication to customers. The service works with internet capable desktop and handset phones, and is also compatible with your mobile devices (i.e. smartphone, tablet, laptop).
