Installation & Activation Rates
Here’s exactly what to expect when you activate service with Allband, no hidden fees, no surprises on your first bill.
Underground Fiber Installation Fees:
- One-time Activation fee of $120.00
- Free Installation up to 400ft, $1.00/ft over 400ft
- Boring on customer property – $9/ft
- Free wiring for one service run, from NID to router; additional runs charged time and materials
Fixed-Wireless Installation Fees:
- One-time Activation fee of $60.00
- Free Installation if mounted on home
- Remote placement of dish (e.g. to avoid trees) – $1.00/ft
- Free wiring for one service run, from service module to router; additional runs charged time and materials
Existing Installations:
- Existing activations are $60, and include an appointment to inspect equipment and service, update router credentials, and more.
Renting Your Home?
**Permission from the property owner is required before installation.

Need a service call? Here’s a simple breakdown of how we charge, and what’s covered versus what isn’t.
Billable:
Accidental damage / Tech Support
- Pet or rodent chews
- Line cut during construction or maintenance
- Inside wiring and jack repairs
- Unplugged equipment
- Failed outlet, breaker, or power source
- Moving equipment to a new location
- Network issues from incorrect customer-equipment setup
- Support for customer-owned routers or other internet-capable devices
Not Billable:
Failure of Allband Equipment
- Optical Network Terminal (ONT)
- Fiber-optic signal
- Devices rented from Allband
- Devices purchased from Allband with an active warranty
