Allband’s quality, speed, and service providing fiber optic internet to the area is light speeds ahead of all it’s competition!
I recently had some very limited intermittent speed fluctuation. I called, Matt sent out two top notch technicians within the hour. Devan and Clark very professionally upgraded my external modem board, internal router, and fiber optic cable between the two devices. They set everything up and had me back online, in no time! Kim was also helpful in calling back to make sure everything was working great! Melissa helped to ensure everything was taken care of, and helped brainstorm on a possible upcoming commercial!
Both Nik and Devon were extremely helpful. They upgraded the hardware of our internet and restored access to our router. The router was a tough job as the router did not cooperate

Just experienced only about the THIRD interruption of our internet service in 8 years and after a quick call to the After-hours tech to leave my name and number, I waited only about one hour for Cameron to call me back with a fix! So unbelievably impressed by their quick response time as well as their ability to get us back on line in record time. Bravo to the staff at Allband Communications… you all are exceptional at your jobs and we appreciate your time!

The office team will always try to help and if needed the installation team will come out and make sure things working properly. They are easy to get a hold of and pleasant to talk to. And it sure is nice having high-speed Internet up here in the woods.
