If your home will be vacant for an extended period and you don’t need internet access, our seasonal service hold option allows you to temporarily suspend service and reduce monthly costs until you’re ready to return.

Benefits:
    • Pause service during extended travel or seasonal absences
    • Ideal for snowbirds, vacation homes, and part-time residences
    • Avoid paying for unused services while you’re away
    • Quickly restore service when you return
Reactivation Details:
    • A $60 reactivation fee applies
    • Service must remain active for at least one full month after reactivation
    • Advance scheduling is recommended for seamless reconnection
