Matt oversees field operations, physical network infrastructure, technicians, and inventory, coordinating construction, installations, maintenance, and repairs. He leads the crew responsible for installing and maintaining Allband’s fiber-to-the-home network across challenging rural terrain, ensuring even the most remote homes and cabins stay connected. Matt plans expansions, manages crews, and supervises infrastructure upkeep to keep the network running strong.
